I've always paid for professional photographs for my listings. That hasn't changed. I've also always purchased professional printed materials and sent out just listed postcards to help me market them. That hasn't changed, either. However, now it's all done in a one stop shop making it much easier for me, and the quality is even better. I can also offer even more than I ever thought possible as well.
Here's a breakdown of the services you'll get through this program when you list with me:

Jumbo "Just Listed" postcards sent to at least 50 of your neighbors
Some listings will have tri fold announcements sent in silver handwritten envelopes instead
Professionally produced 20 or 30 second spot on Coldwell Banker's TV program, At Home on the Gulf Coast

Professionally designed single property website
Geographically targeted marketing for at least 5 days to local audience online and on social media allowing me to capture contact information from people who engage with the ads
"Just Listed" email blast to all my contacts
Weekly email blast to area real estate agents
Those are all the things I provide for you with the Listing Concierge package. Here are the things I do for you outside that package:
Post Coming Soon, Just Listed, interesting details, price reductions, open houses, etc. to over 12,500 followers on various social media platforms
Create and post whiteboard or cartoon videos about your property
I can feature your listing on the back cover of the American Lifestyles magazine I distribute to past clients, potential clients, and various professional offices.
