Wow! Did You See These Houses?!

Anyone in St. Petersburg looking at buying a house, from first time buyers to those of you selling your house and looking for a new one, probably loves looking at listings. It's so fun looking at what's on the market and imagining yourself living there. From the multi-million dollar waterfront mansions, to historic homes, to the cool downtown St. Pete condos, there are so many really cool homes for sale in the Tampa Bay market.

I thought it might be fun to highlight a few interesting properties on the market in September for your holiday wish list!

For a mere $6 million, you could live in this 2017 “Silver Aurora Award” winning home for best custom design on Snell Isle. Featuring 5 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms in 5,745 square feet, this home offers the ultimate in upscale Florida living.

Or how about this newly constructed 6 bedroom, 6 bath, 5,152 square foot wall to wall marble and waterfront view filled dream overlooking Bayway Isles? You can own it for just under $4 million. It even comes with dual master baths joined by this enormous shower.

Maybe you prefer something more historic like this 1920's mansion in Historic Roser Park. With 3 bedrooms and 3 baths and 2,148 square feet, this home is a much more affordable luxury at only $895,000.

Are you looking for a fixer-upper? Here's a house I used to walk my dog by every day and imagine owning. I could just see so much potential in this Old Southeast 1927 home. I loved the way the roof sort of flares out on the eaves. This 4 bedroom, 4 bath, 3,066 square foot house faces the water and lovely Lassing Park and could be yours for just $600,000.

Have you heard of Driftwood? I think this neighborhood is one of St. Pete's little secrets. Maybe that's because homes don't come up for sale here very often. When they do, you should really consider them. Like this 5 bedroom, 4 bath, 2,991 square foot home from 1937. It has deep water access and a huge back yard. What more could you ask for at an $850,000 price tag?

Keeping with historic houses, here's an Old Northeast house with a name. The Tara is an iconic 1935 plantation style house with 8 bedrooms, 6 baths and 4,675 square feet. It's a bargain at the marked down price of only $1,547,000.

Stay tuned to a future blog series featuring Downtown St. Pete condos and what's on the market in them.
