The project consultant will work with you to book service appointments that fit conveniently into your schedule.

4. What is the cost to the seller?

Coldwell Banker Residential Real Estate does not charge a fee for re|fresh. All services are billed to Coldwell Banker Residential Real Estate and the seller pays back the costs to us at closing, with no hidden fees, interest charges or markups.

5. What if my house does not sell?

If your listing does not close within 12 months from the execution date of a re|fresh contract, the home seller will be responsible for paying Coldwell Banker Residential Real Estate an amount equal to the value of services that were undertaken during the contract period.
