A Struggle, But Still a Success

Well some real estate transactions are easy and some are very difficult. This was one of those.

This transaction wasn't difficult because of my sellers. They were a joy to work with. In this case the other side of the transaction caused several delays, created a lot of unnecessary drama, and made us wonder if closing day was ever going to happen. My sellers kept their faith in me and tried to trust the process, and in the end they were rewarded with a successful sale of their condo.

I've actually sold this same unit 3 times now. I represented the buyer the first time. Then her circumstances changed, and she needed to sell. In that transaction, I listed the property and sold it to my current sellers. They had a job change that moved them out of state and hired me to sell it for them again. I think I've seen enough of this unit for quite some time.
