Barb Gets Another Certification

I'm happy to announce that I've just gotten another certification as a Realtor. Because it's important to me to really know what I'm doing in representing my clients, I regularly attend classes and seminars and certification training.

I recently completed the Home Inspection University certification course and am now a Certified Client Protection Expert. What that means is I have additional training in what to look for when showing properties and in working with home inspectors to help my buyers better understand the condition of the home they are thinking of purchasing.

Combined with my construction management experience, I feel even more confident now in guiding my clients to make smarter decisions about both repairs and potential in a home.
