You have the option of purchasing the home at any time during your residency. You have the right to purchase the home or the option of walking away without penalty at the end of your lease. Our program gives you the opportunity to realize the dream of owning your home.

The process is simple and transparent:

Prospective household applies for approval.*

Household finds a Home Partners qualified home.*

Home Partners buys the qualified home, household lease from Home Partners.

Household has the right (but no obligation) to purchase the home.

*To qualify household must have annual household income of at least $50,000 with stable employment and no pending bankruptcy or disqualifying criminal history. The home must be in an approved community and valued between $100,000 and $450,000. Must be a single family home with 2 or more bedrooms with no major structural issues, etc.
